Create dashboard password
First-time setup. Choose a password of at least 24 characters. It is stored only as a salted hash in the backend; after this, setup is permanently disabled and every request requires the password.
Sign in
Sent only in the HTTPS request body (never in the URL). Kept in this tab's session storage until you log out or close the tab. 5 failed attempts lock sign-in for 15 minutes.
Freshservice connection
Find the key in Freshservice: your profile, Profile Settings, API Key. It is sent once in the HTTPS request body, tested with read-only requests, and saved only in the Apps Script backend if the test succeeds. It is never stored in this browser or shown again.
Agent IDs — Administrator-confirmed mapping
Enter the numeric Freshservice agent ID that your Freshservice administrator confirmed for each employee. IDs are stored only in the Apps Script backend and are labelled "Administrator-confirmed mapping" (not API-verified). Reports and emails are allowed only for these IDs, and billable hours are attributed by each time entry's
